I have been made new. I do not have to succumb to this world and its desires; to its style and fashions, to the way in which it continues. I am set apart and saved from the obscurities observed in this life. Though I am in this world, living a life that this world has alienated, I can stand firm in my faith. Though I may be persecuted for my differences; viewed as a strange creature for my moral standards, nothing can force me to conform. Nothing has to influence me to give up or give in. I am who I am in Christ; I am who He made me, for His purpose. And nothing can stop that. Nothing can stop His will or His love and nothing can take that away from me.
