Head in the clouds.
She starts to dream.
Maybe things are better.
Better than they seem.
She lets go a little,
Releasing some fear.
She’ll learn to trust a little,
Learn to listen and hear.
Tears slide down her cheek.
Has she been wrong so long?
Now she’s feeling weak.
She know she’s not been gone.
Maybe she’d wondered,
Just a bit.
Maybe she’s just let go,
Thrown a fit.
Pulling ever so tightly,
Closer to Light.
She tries not to struggle,
Tries not to fight.
Pushing herself through.
She’s a tad too concerned.
What can she do?
But learn to trust again…
